Zeal Media Buying (“the Service”, “we”, “us”) is an internal advertising-operations platform operated by Zeal Marketing, accessible at mediabuying.zealmarketing.net. The Service lets authorized team members connect their own advertising accounts and view reporting, analytics, monitoring, and automation for those accounts. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

• Account information. Your name, email address, role, and the credentials used to sign in to the Service.
• Advertising data from connected platforms. When you connect an advertising account (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, or Snapchat), we access advertising data through those platforms’ official APIs, using the authorization you grant. This includes ad accounts, campaigns, ad sets/ad groups, ads, and performance metrics such as spend, impressions, clicks, conversions, and revenue.
• Data you enter. Client targets, revenue figures, tasks, notes, and configuration you add to the Service.
• Operational data. Activity logs and technical information (such as timestamps and error information) used to operate and secure the Service.

• To display advertising performance, analytics, and reporting for the accounts you connect.
• To power alerts, automations, tasks, and notifications you configure.
• To operate, maintain, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the Service.
• To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

We do not use advertising platform data for advertising, and we do not sell it. We only process it to provide the features described above to the account owner who authorized the connection.

Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically:

• We only access Google Ads data to provide and improve the user-facing features of the Service (reporting, analytics, monitoring, and automation) for the account that authorized access.
• We do not transfer or sell Google user data to third parties, data brokers, or for advertising, credit, or any other unrelated purpose.
• We do not use Google user data to train generalized or non-personalized artificial-intelligence or machine-learning models.
• Humans do not read Google user data unless you give explicit consent for specific data, it is necessary for security or to comply with applicable law, or the data is aggregated and anonymized for internal operations.

We do not sell your information. We share it only:

• With the advertising platforms you connect, as required to provide the Service through their APIs.
• With service providers that host or support the Service, bound by confidentiality and data-protection obligations.
• When required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of our users and the Service.

Data is stored on secured servers, transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), and access is restricted to authorized personnel and role-based permissions within the Service. We retain data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, then delete or anonymize it unless a longer period is required by law.

You can disconnect any advertising platform at any time from the Connectors screen, and you can revoke the Service’s access directly in your Google, Meta, TikTok, or Snapchat account settings. To request deletion of your account or associated data, contact us at privacy@zealmarketing.net and we will delete it within a reasonable period, subject to legal requirements.

We use a single, essential session cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, by notice within the Service.
